If you receive your order and change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you may request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in good condition and include all original accessories and packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue and provide the quickest solution.
