Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimated at 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and our Refund Policy will apply.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking information. If your order is still delayed after this time, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
